3. Account Registration
  • You must create a Hibid account to place bids in our auction.  Purchasing  products directly from our site requires you to create an account there.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility
4. Auctions Terms
  • All bids are final and legally binding
  • Once you place a bid, you cannot cancel it
  • The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the item
  • Payment must be completed within the specified time after winning
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension
5. Buy it Now Purchases
  • Products listed with “Buy it Now” can be purchased instantly
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
6. Product Condition
  • Most items are new or in like-new condition
  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible
  • Minor variations may occur
  • Please refer to description and actual photos for accuracy
7. Payments

8. Shipping & Pickup
  • Local pickup is available in Bowmanville, Ontario
  • Shipping is available across Canada
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details
  • Items not collected or shipping not arranged after 6 days (unless otherwise arrangements are made) following the auction may be deemed as abandoned and no refunds will be provided
9. Returns & Refunds
  • All sales are generally final unless stated otherwise
  • Returns may be accepted only in specific cases (damaged or incorrect item)
  • Refund requests must be made within a specified time after delivery
  • All refunds will be in the form of auction credit unless otherwise arranged
10. Limitation of Liability

Off the RAKK Auctions is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses resulting from misuse of the website
  • Delays in shipping or service interruptions
